The world-renown school of culinary, Miatore, has met a worse predicament than any burnt pastry could give them. Long-time rival school of classical music, Lilium, has been forced into a joint arrangement of pure business-means with Miatore in order to keep their doors open. The joining was made possible with the headmaster of Miatore and the mistress of Lilium’s unexpected marriage which has united the schools into one university. The once feuding schools may have fallen under one name, Marmalade, but the nasty rivalry between them still sparks in the hearts of the students and staff of the two very different schools. Despite Marmalade’s internal conflict, a new and more formidable foe has established itself as the number one culinary and classical school in France, headed by one of the country’s most influential politicians. With Parmesia rearing its deadly fangs towards Marmalade, will this fragile unification be strong enough to combat the impending nemesis, or will Parmesia’s frightening popularity shatter the bonds of Marmalade and force them to close their doors once and for all?

Academy Registration Longing to apply to one of our prestigious academies or are you a returning alumni searching for a place to teach? Either way, you'll find all the paperwork to fill out inside here. The headmaster or a professor of your corresponding school should respond to your application within a reasonable amount of time. That being said, Miatore's staff cannot accept students and staff for Lilium and vice versa.

Pope Joy Fraught with Gothic architecture and high ceilings, the area of Pope Joy is steeped in Baroque influence. With a tinge of religion, Pope Joy's main attraction is a towering cathedral fashioned in cold, gray stones and high spires, it also holds many religious obligations such as Sunday masses and other important Catholic holidays. This section of the campus which resides at the apex of Lilium’s picturesque hill does not only displays the grand church but also houses Lilium's massive performance theater as well as practice halls. Little Venice The homesick and downtrodden Italians will not be beat. Modeling this quaint part of Lilium after their greatest architectural wonder, Little Venice is a reflection of the very thing it is based after, albeit having been scaled down into the size of a university’s complex. As expected, the entire complex is composed of a plethora of walkways, arched bridges, verandas, and narrowed bodies of water, making boat-riding one of the more common methods of transportation. It is also in this historical daydream that Italy comes to life, where the Renaissance begins anew under the careful guidance of faculty and student alike. Deuxième Complexe Mecca to individuals who wish to hone their organic craft, this complex serves as the compilation of all practice labs for nearly every single major. The building is composed of five stories, each housing its own series of classrooms arranged in an extensively organized manner. Although most practice rooms (some sound-proofed) are built on the lower floors there are an assortment of rooms reserved for practice on the upper floors. Apart from the usual lining of classrooms, the complex also hosts Lilium’s main library as well as series of smaller bookrooms, all of which features not only books but also thousands of CDs of recorded performances and compositions. Over half of the complex is opened 24/7 for those who devote themselves entirely to their art.
Les Doitores de Lilium Fashioned in either brown or gray stone, the Lilium dormitories house all of the school's students and the staff at Marmalade. Filled with multi-pane and bay windows to let in an excellent amount of light, each section of the dorms are topped with a soft red roof and are usually three stories in height. The first floors house two occupancy rooms, second floors contain rooms that hold three people, and the top floors are reserved for four occupancy dormitories. Cuisine du Complexe With literally hundreds of classrooms, student resource centers, and cooking battle-stations (i.e. cooking lab) spanning across its massive halls, Cuisine du Complexe is the heart of Miatore where thousands of cooking apprentices and other culinary majors are trained every single day. Even if you were to get lost within campus, there's no way you could miss the sight of a colossal building with four (multistoried) halls extending to each direction from a high-rise center. Le Cafétéria Essentially the one place where every student and staff member gathers for breakfast, lunch, and dinner; Miatore made sure to embellish its prized cafeteria with beautiful extravagances such as the second story’s wall made of semi-translucent glass surrounding the floor, as well as a massive outdoor area where students may enjoy their meal under the large roof that hovers a little bit over that area. Because it is spacious, the bottom floor is divided into many sections of representing food around the world. Yamato Nadeshiko Complex Designed by a world-class architect, this complex was first built as an artistic replica of its Japanese counterpart. However, administration eventually renovated all the available spaces into classrooms which have made it into the centre for eastern culture learning. At first glance, the complex’s interior is like a different world, entirely roofed by the thick foliages of many exotic breeds of plants. Les Dortoires de Miatore Built to accommodate over three fourths of its alumni population, Miatore‘s massive twin dormitories are definitely renowned for its housing capacity. With a fairly famous architect planning out its design, the buildings’ exteriors are lavishly embellished with the foundation of red bricks while the interior is composed of a high-quality material that helps keep the heat inside during the cold months and retain the cool breeze during the warmer months. Each building is divided into seven floors (excluding the attic and the basement), yielding plenty of rooms for its tenants. For those who cannot seem to find these buildings, look for the signature cyan roof.

d’Milan Vineyard Owned and operated by Marmalade, d’Milan is the academy’s private vineyard. As a reputable brand-name which specially produces high-quality wine, Marmalade is said to reap a large profit every month from its sales. Extending for hundreds of acre, the orchard is guarded by a massive complex where the production of wine takes place. When it comes to the vineyard, there is a rumor that a secret dungeon belonged to the ancient Miatore house is built right below the complex. Whether or not this is a baseless rumor, no one has yet to unfold its secret.
Châlon-sur-Sâone Scenic with little modern touches, this compacted port town is one of the most popular destinations for Marmalade students to venture to when they need some downtime from their place of academic. The bustling town itself is lively almost 24/7, complete with a plethora of different eateries and music live houses. Aside from modern necessity like the local hospital, Châlon-sur-Sâone’s most charming features are many the beautiful attractions that lovers might enjoy, making it not only a popular tourist destination but also a prime spot dating. Paris [The Heart of France] La Ville-Lumière, The City of Light, is one of the most notable places in the entire world. Brimming with history, overflowing with romance, and bubbling with all sorts of cultured delights, Paris is a dream destination for anyone. Excursions into the city are frequent for the students of Miatore and Lilium and surprisingly, the excitement of each trip hasn't lost its luster.
Europe Boasting an impressive fifty countries, Europe has the ability to cater to any traveling taste. Enjoy a spicy September in Spain with your Latin cuisine class or perhaps Spirits majors could petition a professor to head to Germany for an extended lesson on beers and ales. Not to leave out the musically-inclined students, the countries of Europe are home to a myriad of classical composers throughout history. Whatever your academic concentration, you'll be sure to find an excess of knowledge at your fingertips.
